Mindfulness is a way to live your life as it it really mattered. And that involves being in the present moment with open-hearted presence and kindness toward yourself.

Why wait for tomorrow to be happy? Why wait until you buy a bigger house, a better car, the new iPhone, or whatever you think it will make you happier? Why wait for anything? 
Just enjoy today and look around you. Be grateful for what you have and appreciate every second. It might not be here tomorrow.
